Design Packages:

Full-Service Wedding Planning, Starts at $3,500

CUSTOMIZED TO YOUR NEEDS.

Budget analysis & tracking • Free unlimited consultations, phone calls and e-mails • Ceremony and reception site research and selection • Vendor contract negotiations and management • Hotel arrangements of out-of-town guests • Rehearsal coordination • Coordinate attendants and family members • Wedding day timeline/agenda • Ceremony and reception coordination

“Day of Coordination Plus” $2,500

One consultant on site for coordination and up to 2 additional decorating consultants (for up to 10 hours)

• 5 in-person consultations up to an hour long

• Unlimited phone and email access during business hours starting from date our services are retained

• 3 Venue walk-throughs with one being final walkthrough before event

• Discuss event day details, vendors, and timeline for event day

• Assistance in budget determinations

• Provide client and vendors with detailed timeline of day of events

• Assistance with color scheme, design concept, and style of wedding

• 1-hour event rehearsal (if applicable)

• Directing the timeline (if applicable)

• Set up of event and décor (up to 6 hours) (example centerpieces, backdrops, entryway)

• $250 off an Event Inspirations* décor rental package of $750 or more

“Day of Coordination” $1,500

One event consultant on site for day of services (for 10 hours)

• 3 in-person consultations up to an hour long with unlimited phone and email consultations during business hours starting from date our services are retained.

• 2 Venue walk throughs with one being final walkthrough before event

• Discuss event day details, vendors, and timeline for event day

• Assistance in budget determinations

• Provide client and vendors with detailed timeline of day of events

• Assistance with color scheme, design concept, and style of wedding

• 1-hour ceremony rehearsal with family & wedding party

• Running of processional and recessional

• Light decoration assistance (to be discussed with client)

• $150 off an Event Inspirations* décor rental package of $350 or more

“Day of Design” $1,000

Up to 2 Design Consultants for 6 hours

• 3 in-person consultations up to an hour long each

• Unlimited phone and email consultations during business hours (9am-6pm) starting from the date our services are retained and continues throughout the planning process up to your Wedding Day.

• 1 venue walk-through to plan out design

• Set up your décor on day of event for up to 6 hours

• $100 off an Event Inspirations* décor rental package of $250 or more
